With a Master’s degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine in Lisbon, Dr. Catarina went on to specialise in Otorhinolaryngology at the Santa Maria Hospital in Lisbon, having joined the teaching staff of the Otorhinolaryngology chair as a free assistant. Her training in otorhinolaryngology had a strong component in head and neck surgery, but also in rhinology, otology and paediatric laryngology.

Dra. Rita Leite has an Integrated Master’s Degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCML) and specialises in Radioncology at the Francisco Gentil Portuguese Institute of Oncology (IPO).

Between 2010-2013 she worked at the MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) in Texas, the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and the National Cancer Institute (INCA) in Rio de Janeiro.

In 2014 she was a hospital assistant at the IPO and since 2015 she has been a hospital assistant at the Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Lisboa Central (CHULC).

In 2020 she graduated in Aesthetic Medicine from the Portuguese Society of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine (SPMEc).

Dr. Carolina Saldanha Medo completed her Integrated Master’s Degree in Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon in 2019 and her Specific Training Internship in General and Family Medicine in 2025.

Her dedication to a holistic approach to well-being led her to the field of Aesthetic Medicine, where she completed her postgraduate degree in Aesthetic Medicine at the University of Alcalá in 2020. She also completed additional training in hormonal balance and longevity.

Dr. Carolina believes that true aesthetics comes from balance and that each intervention should respect the individuality and natural harmony of each face.

Her practice combines scientific rigour and medical sensitivity, promoting subtle, safe and elegant results, with the aim of enhancing authentic beauty and promoting healthy and conscious ageing.
