Dr. Luísa Magalhães Ramos / Plastic Surgery

Graduated by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, she specialized in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, at Hospital de São José, in Lisbon.
Throughout her training, she subspecialized in aesthetic plastic surgery, having worked in world-renowned clinics.
Currently, she is mainly dedicated to face and breast aesthetic plastic surgery and to intimate female surgery.

Dr. Alice Varanda Pereira / Plastic Surgery

Graduated by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon, she completed her master’s degree in human sexuality and is currently developing her PhD at this same institution.
She joined the University faculty academic staff in 2008 as a lecturer of the Institute of Anatomy. It is in this unit that she produces most of her research projects, mainly in the area of surgical anatomy, whilst also supervising master’s thesis for undergraduate students.

Graduated by the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Porto and specialized in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery at Hospital de São José, in Lisbon.
Throughout her specific training in plastic surgery, she worked in internationally renowned institutions such as Institut Kaplan (Barcelona), La Clinic (Montreux) and Great Ormond Street Hospital (London).

Dr. Marta Gouveia Duarte / Plastic Surgery

Graduated in Medicine from the School of Health Sciences of the University of Minho, where she completed her Master’s thesis in Human Aging.
She concluded her specialty in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Central – Hospital de São José.
Collaborates in several research projects at NOVA Medical School.

Dr. Filipa Oliveira/ Plastic Surgery

Graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, where she completed her Master’s thesis on pediatric scars.
PhD in Medicine from the University of Münster in Germany.
After completing her specialty, she became a Senior Graduate Assistant (Oberärztin) at the Fachklinik Hornheide and the University of Münster. She is currently involved in various research projects at the University of Münster, where she is supervising doctoral students. She is also a regular correspondent for scientific and leisure magazines in Germany.

Dra. Catarina Duarte

With a Master’s degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine in Lisbon, Dr. Catarina went on to specialise in Otorhinolaryngology at the Santa Maria Hospital in Lisbon, having joined the teaching staff of the Otorhinolaryngology chair as a free assistant. Her training in otorhinolaryngology had a strong component in head and neck surgery, but also in rhinology, otology and paediatric laryngology.

She completed her medical internship in Dermatovenereology at the Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Lisboa Central, having complemented her training in Dermatology with internships in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Centro Hospitalar de Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho and in Cutaneous Oncology at the IPO do Porto.

Dr. Daniela Salazar completed her Master’s Degree in Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto.

Dr. Joana Gomes, a specialist in General and Family Medicine, completed her master’s degree in Medicine at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Beira Interior in 2013 and completed her speciality in General and Family Medicine at the Lisbon Central Health Centre Group in 2019.
During his specific training, he did an internship at the Endocrinology department of the Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Lisboa Central and completed an intensive course in behaviour change counselling.

She has completed various courses in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery and aesthetic facial surgery, including Breast Reconstruction Live Surgery at the CA’ Foncello Hospital in Treviso, Italy, Breast Cancer Reconstruction Art – Seminar and Live Surgery at the Champalimaud Foundation in Lisbon and the European Course of Rhinoplasty in Brussels.

Dr. Carolina Lalanda graduated from Faculdade de Ciências Médicas de Lisboa and earned a degree in Endocrinology at Hospital de Santa Maria in 2015. She has dedicated 10 years to the study and treatment of endocrine and metabolic imbalances, with an emphasis on weight loss. Menopause is often associated with weight gain. It has become a growing problem in our fast-paced society. Due to this common issue, Dr. Carolina has dedicated a large part of her career to this topic.

Has a master’s in medicine by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon with a specialization in family medicine. She specialized in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid.
Throughout her training, she took several national and international courses in the field of aesthetic medicine, namely training in different types of facial fillers, application of toxin, application of peels and she took several courses on corpses in order to deepen her knowledge on facial anatomy.
In the area of aesthetic medicine, she performs numerous procedures, such as the application of toxin and fillers, both for correcting wrinkles and for facial harmonization (filling in dark circles, cheekbones, lips, jaw, chin and rhinomodelation), usage of biostimulators to improve skin quality and flaccidity; thread lifts and biostimulation; techniques that aim to improve the texture and quality of the skin, such as chemical peel, microneedling, facial and body mesotherapy, and sclerotherapy.
In her view, aesthetic medicine encompasses a set of minimally invasive medical procedures, which should be used to enhance the natural beauty of each individual and help delay the signs of aging.
She found her vocation in aesthetic medicine as it allows her to help people regain their self-esteem and increase their physical and psychological well-being.
Aesthetic Medicine
Dr. Ana Mendes Gomes / Aesthetic Medicine

Has a master’s degree in medicine by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Masaryk in Brno and later completed a master’s degree in aesthetic medicine and anti-aging at the Complutense University of Madrid. She is a specialist in family medicine by the Regional Health Administration of the Lisbon Area.
Throughout her career, she undertook specific training in minimally invasive procedures, namely in the application of Toxin, facial fillers, thread lifts and facial mesotherapy, thus differentiating herself in the treatment and prevention of skin aging.

Dr. Nelia Cunha / Dermatologist

She completed her Integrated Master in Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon, and her Internship in the Dermatovenereology Specialty at the Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Lisboa Central.
Dra. Nelia complemented her specific training in Dermatology with internships in Aesthetic Dermatology and LASER, at the Dermalas Clinic of the Teknon Medical Centre in Barcelona, in Hair and Nail Diseases, at the Dermatology Service of the University Hospital Centre of Brussels, and in Cutaneous Oncology at the IPO of Lisbon. Additionally, she has attended courses in several areas including Dermatoscopy, Cosmetic Dermatology, Peelings and LASERs.
Her activity encompasses General Dermatology (acne, rosacea, eczema, screening/evaluation of “signs”, pigmented and non-pigmented skin blemishes and lesions, among others), Hair and Nail Diseases, Dermatologic Surgery and Laser therapy, including skin rejuvenation procedures, such as Fractional CO2 Laser.
Assiduously participates in national and international courses and congresses of the specialty and areas of differentiation. She collaborates in the training of doctors in the area of Dermatology. Additionally, she teaches Dermatology at the Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa and she is an investigator in Multicenter Clinical Trials. She has authored and co-authored articles in scientific journals and book chapters in the field of Dermatology.
