FÁTIMA'S BEFORE AND AFTER
Cervicofacial Lift, Blepharoplasty, Fractionated CO2 Laser, Wrinkle Treatment with Botox, Mastopexy with Implants

Dr. Luísa Magalhães Ramos, specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, registration no. 42810:
- Cervicofacial facelift: we treated excess skin on the face and neck, a creased nasolabial fold, loss of volume and contour in the malar region and jaw, and sagging in the neck. The deep plane facelift technique was used to remove excess skin and reposition the deeper layers of facial muscles and tissues, providing a more natural and, above all, long-lasting result, improving the appearance of the face as a whole, reducing the appearance of sagging skin and creased wrinkles and distributing facial volume in a harmonious and more youthful way.
- Blepharoplasty: we remove excess skin and fat pockets from the upper and lower eyelids, providing a more rejuvenated facial appearance and a more open gaze.
Dr Joana Barbosa, Dermatologist, registration No. 64457
- Fractionated CO2 LASER: by applying energy that penetrates the skin’s surface, CO2 LASER removes the superficial layer of skin, stimulating collagen production and thus promoting regeneration, resulting in rejuvenated, unmarked and brighter skin.
- Wrinkle treatment with Botox: improves the appearance of wrinkles and makes facial skin smoother, brighter and younger.
Dr Filipa Oliveira, specialist in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, registration no. 59147
- Mastopexy with implants: after losing more than 50 kg, Fátima’s breasts sagged, with excess skin and a lack of volume. So we performed a Mastopexy with 285ml b-light prostheses in order to reshape and lift her sagging breasts, giving them more consistency, firmness and volume.
FÁTIMA'S STORY
Fanny, 57, was feeling 87, due to the effects of ageing accelerated by smoking since she was 12, and drastic weight loss of more than 50 kilos. She weighed 113 kilos, and the accelerated weight loss caused her body to sag extremely, leaving her face and other areas of her body drooping and with excess skin.
With the aim of giving her a more youthful facial appearance and the confidence she feels she has lost over the years, we carried out a deep plane facelift, combined with blepharoplasty, fractionated CO2 laser and wrinkle treatment with botulinum toxin.
On the body, we performed a Mastopexy with Implants to lift sagging breasts, remove excess skin and restore volume to the breasts. We used 30 per cent lighter implants so that the skin can support them for longer, guaranteeing a longer-lasting aesthetic result and making Fanny feel more feminine and confident about the appearance of her breasts.
In addition, with a story marked by the early loss of her teeth at the age of 12, Fanny describes the impact that the lack of teeth had on her life, causing fear, shame and difficulty chewing. But now, at the age of 57, by having dentures fitted, Fanny has regained a healthy, confident and younger smile.
