Descrição do Caso Clínico

Paciente: Mulher de 44 anos mãe de 3 filhos.

Foi submetida a lipoabdombinoplastia para remoção do excesso de tecido adiposo e excesso de pele do abdómen. Uma das zonas críticas e que a incomodava muito era a zona púbica, onde a pele fazia “pregas” inestéticas e que condicionavam muito o vestuário.

além disso, realizou-se lipoaspiraçao das costas, sobretudo na zona onde assenta o soutien, onde tinha zonas de acumulação de gordura.

Foram também aspirados os “papos” na região axilar que também eram muito evidentes.

Para além disso, a gordura removida foi tratada e injectada bilateralmente na mama, para dar mais volume.

Estas imagens têm um mês de intervalo. Com o passar do tempo é expectável que as cicatrizes fiquem mais finas e discretas e que o resultado seja ainda melhor à medida que o edema vai diminuindo.

A recuperação desta cirurgia é de cerca de 15 dias a 3 semanas e implica o uso de uma cinta durante um mês e a realização de drenagens linfáticas.

She joined the University faculty academic staff in 2008 as a lecturer of the Institute of Anatomy. It is in this unit that she produces most of her research projects, mainly in the area of surgical anatomy, whilst also supervising master’s thesis for undergraduate students.

She concluded her specialty in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Central – Hospital de São José.

Collaborates in several research projects at NOVA Medical School.

She has completed various courses in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery and aesthetic facial surgery, including Breast Reconstruction Live Surgery at the CA’ Foncello Hospital in Treviso, Italy, Breast Cancer Reconstruction Art – Seminar and Live Surgery at the Champalimaud Foundation in Lisbon and the European Course of Rhinoplasty in Brussels.
