Exosomesexosomes are extracellular vesicles (microstructures) that play a crucial role in communication between cells. When applied to the intimate area, they promote cell regeneration, stimulating the production of collagen and elasticity. Exosomes help to improve the hydration, elasticity and recovery of vaginal and vulvar skin, combating atrophy that can occur due to the menopause, ageing or hormonal changes.
PDRN (Poly-Deoxyribonucleic Acid)PDRN is a nucleic acid that acts as a powerful cell regenerator, stimulating cell repair and renewal. When applied to the vaginal and vulvar area, PDRN accelerates the regeneration process of mucosal cells, promoting greater hydration and restoring skin elasticity, as well as combating vulvar atrophy, often associated with ageing or hormonal decline.
Mechanism of ActionExosomes and PDRN act at a cellular level, promoting regenerative processes that help restore the functionality and appearance of the intimate area. These treatments stimulate cells to regenerate more quickly, resulting in an improvement in the texture and appearance of the skin.
Benefits of treatment:
- Combats vulvar and vaginal atrophy;
- Improved elasticity, firmness and moisturisation of the vaginal and vulvar mucosa;
- Rejuvenation of the intimate area, giving it a younger, healthier appearance;

Frequently Asked Questions about
Gynaeco-aesthetics
Are the treatments painful?
Most procedures are minimally invasive and practically painless. In some cases, topical anaesthesia (cream) is used to ensure the patient's comfort. Sensations such as slight burning or pressure may occur, but are well tolerated.
Is rest time necessary?
It depends on the procedure. Most allow an immediate return to daily activities. Only in some cases (such as intimate peels or fillers) is it recommended to avoid sexual intercourse or intense exercise for 3 to 7 days, according to medical advice.
Do the procedures affect fertility?
No. All treatments are safe and localised to the vulvar or superficial vaginal area. They do not interfere with fertility, ovulation or internal organs. They are designed exclusively for comfort, aesthetics and intimate function.
Is it safe to do while breastfeeding or menopausal?
During pregnancy, aesthetic and regenerative procedures are generally contraindicated as a precaution. While breastfeeding, some treatments (such as PRP) can be carried out safely, but individualised medical assessment is essential.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes. Some health conditions may prevent or require caution in treatment, such as:
- Active infections in the intimate area;
- Autoimmune diseases;
