Description Clinical Case
She was a 19-year-old woman without children who was dissatisfied with the shape of her breasts.
This woman's goal was to increase the volume of her breasts, as well as to correct their shape, as they had a tuberous constitution.
Surgery, size and shape of implants
A periareolar breast augmentation was performed with Polytech 275ml polyurethane drop breast implants with a high projection.
This breast augmentation surgery lasts approximately 1 hour and is performed under sedation and local anaesthetic. It doesn't require hospitalisation, so after approximately 6 hours, if the patient meets the criteria for clinical discharge, she can go home.
Recovery Time
Recovery time is approximately one week. After this period, most women resume their activities of daily living with practically no limitations, including their professional activity.
