Description Clinical Case

Patient's sex: Female

Age: 57 years old

Diagnosis/Request: After maternity and some weight fluctuations, the patient's breasts sagged. She had enough breast tissue and was satisfied with her volume, so breast implants were not necessary.

Surgery performed: Mastopexy without implants

Type of access/scar: Vertical with inverted T

Type of anaesthesia: in general - mastpexy is performed in conjunction with a facelift.

Duration of surgery: 4 hours (when performed alone, mastopexy lasts about 2 hours)

Recovery time: 1 to 2 weeks

The before and after images are 1 month apart.
