Description Clinical Case

Patient's sex: Female

Age: 62

Diagnosis/Request: The patient was very uncomfortable with the ageing appearance of her face. As well as facial sagging and a lack of volume in her face, the patient wanted to improve the appearance of her nose, the excess skin on her eyelids and her wrinkles.

Surgery performed: Facelift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, Facial Fat Grafting, Peeling and Botox. The aim of the surgery was to improve the appearance of the face in order to achieve a rejuvenated look. As well as removing excess skin, we also repositioned the deeper structures of the face (muscles) that sag with age, using the deep plane facelift technique. We also treated drooping eyelids and puffiness, creased wrinkles and a lack of volume in the face.

Duration of surgery: Approximately 6 hours

Recovery time: 2 weeks

The before and after photos are taken one month apart.
