Description Clinical Case

A woman, mother of one, with localised adiposity on her flanks, abdomen and inner thighs. She also had breast asymmetry and sagging breasts (breast ptosis). Two innovative techniques were carried out, with minimal scarring, on the abdomen and breast.
In the case of the breast, new drop-shaped polyurethane-coated breast implants from the German brand Polytech were used, which, due to their projection, allowed the breast to be lifted by making just one incision around the areola.
In the case of the abdomen, vibroliposuction was performed and, through the use of special equipment, it was possible to correct all the abdominal muscle separation caused by pregnancy (plicature of the abdominal ceilings) using only an incision similar to that of a caesarean section, much smaller than a traditional abdominoplasty. Vibroliposuction was also performed on the flanks of the back to improve body contour and on the inner thighs. These procedures dramatically improved the shape of the body, contributing to a younger, more feminine silhouette and substantially improving the areas most affected by pregnancy: the breasts and abdomen.
The recovery period is around 15 days to 3 weeks. The procedure lasted around 4.5 hours and was performed with an epidural and sedation.
