before and after cláudia
Rhinoplasty, Mastopexy with implants, Lipoabdominoplasty
Face procedures
Dr Luísa Magalhães Ramos, specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, registration no. 42810:
- Rhinoplasty: Cláudia was very uncomfortable with the appearance of her nose, especially with its drooping tip and pronounced nasal hump. We performed a Rhinoplasty to improve the appearance and structure of her nose and give her a more harmonious face.
Body procedures
Dr Filipa Oliveira, specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, registration no. 59147
- Mastopexy with implants: After having children, Cláudia's breasts sagged, with excess skin and a lack of volume. To improve the appearance of her breasts, we carried out a Mastopexy with Implants to remould and lift her sagging breasts, giving them more consistency, firmness and volume.
- Lipoabdominoplasty: On her abdomen, Cláudia had excess localised fat and excess skin that she wanted to remove. Her skin had lost its elasticity, becoming more flabby and forming folds, which bothered her a lot. In order to improve her body contour and make it more harmonious, we performed an Abdominoplasty combined with Liposuction - Lipoabdominoplasty.
CLÁUDIA'S STORY
Cláudia, 36, is proof that it is possible to be reborn, no matter where life takes you.
She brings with her a story of resilience and overcoming. She had a very complicated childhood and adolescence, marked by two tragedies that left their mark on her for life. She became a mother for the first time when she was 16, separated from her partner and forced to stop studying to look after her daughter. Today she has four children by three different fathers. At the end of her last pregnancy she was betrayed by her partner, which left her severely depressed.
The complexes she has with her face and body are diverse. She has always felt uncomfortable with her nose, which she says is “big and crooked”, and was even teased at school. Later, since she put on weight with her pregnancies, Cláudia started wearing tight tights so as not to notice the fat and, later, the drooping skin, saying “my chest looks awful and, as for my nose, so as not to notice that it's big and crooked, I only take photos from the front”.
This makeover gave Cláudia the opportunity to rediscover herself, rebuild her life and self-esteem, leaving behind a painful past and moving towards a bright future.
Today, with a new image, she is a happier, more self-confident woman with a hopeful path ahead of her!
