- Endocrinology for Weight LossEndocrinology treatment for weight loss was carried out before the surgery in order to remove Nádia's excess weight, and she lost more than 20kg.

- Mastopexy with implantsBreast lift: to lift the breast without increasing its volume, improving the shape and appearance of the breast without the use of breast implants. The technique used allows the drooping part of the breast to be used as an autoprosthesis, i.e. this part of the drooping breast is “utilised” and repositioned in the upper pole and attached to the pectoral muscle. The breast becomes more harmonious and rounded and less flattened.
- LipoabdominoplastyNádia had excess localised fat in her abdomen that she wanted to remove and a lot of sagging as a result of her weight loss. In order to remove the excess fat and skin and improve her body contour, we performed an Abdominoplasty combined with Liposuction - Lipoabdominoplasty.
NÁDIA'S STORY
Nádia is a 32-year-old woman who decided to take on one of the biggest challenges of her life: transforming her body and, more importantly, her relationship with food and with herself. She had struggled for years with episodes of binge eating, directly linked to panic attacks that deeply affected her well-being.
Nádia's challenge was clear and ambitious: to lose 30kg. After all, it wasn't just a question of aesthetics, but of health and quality of life. For years, her body had limited her daily activities, including playing with her son.
With the support of our team, Nádia began to lose weight. She began endocrinology treatment for weight loss with Dr Carolina Lalanda and her relationship with food was transformed, learning to control her impulses and deal with her emotions in a healthier way. She weighed 106kg and, in October 2024, she reached her goal of 69kg, having lost over 30kg throughout this process.
After losing a significant amount of weight, Nádia was faced with the physical consequences of losing a lot of weight, leaving her with a lot of excess skin and sagging in the abdomen and chest area. It was time to move on to surgery.
We performed a breast lift - mastopexy, to put the breasts back in their place, and a lipoabdominoplasty to remove the last vestiges of localised fat, along with the excess skin that remained after the weight loss, giving Nádia a more lifted and rounded chest, and a more harmonious and sculpted body contour.
With her weight loss and makeover with LMR and Dois às 10 TVI, Nádia gained a new image, but above all, a new life! Today she is a happier, more self-confident and self-assured woman.
