- Mastopexy with implantsAfter losing more than 50kg, Fátima's breasts sagged, with excess skin and a lack of volume. So we performed a Mastopexy with 285ml b-light prostheses in order to remould and lift her sagging breasts, giving them more consistency, firmness and volume.
THE STORY OF Fátima
Fanny, 57, felt 87, due to the effects of ageing accelerated by smoking since she was 12, and drastic weight loss of more than 50 kilos. She weighed as much as 113 kilos, and the accelerated weight loss caused her body to sag extremely, leaving her face and other areas of her body drooping and with excess skin.
With the aim of giving you back a more youthful facial appearance and the confidence you feel you have lost over the years, we carry out a Cervicofacial Lift (deep plane facelift), combined with Blepharoplasty, Fractionated CO2 LASER and wrinkle treatment with botulinum toxin.
In terms of the body, we carried out a Mastopexy with Implants to lift sagging breasts, remove excess skin and restore volume to the breasts. Lighter 30% implants were used, so that the skin can support them for longer, guaranteeing a longer-lasting aesthetic result and making Fanny feel more feminine and confident about the appearance of her breasts.
In addition, with a story marked by the early loss of her teeth at the age of 12, Fanny describes the impact that the lack of teeth had on her life, causing fear, shame and difficulty chewing. But now, at the age of 57, through the fitting of dentures, Fanny has regained a healthy, confident and younger smile.

Throughout his training, he sub-specialised in the area of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, He has worked in world-renowned centres. At the same time, he also worked on breast reconstruction and the reconstruction of facial malformations.
He is currently working mainly on Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the Face (eyelids, nose and cervical-facial lift), Breast Surgery and Female Genital Surgery.

Graduated in Medicine from Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto, where she completed her master's thesis on paediatric scars.
She holds a doctorate in medicine from the University of Münster in Germany.
After completing her speciality, she became a Senior Graduate Assistant (Oberärztin) at the Fachklinik Hornheide and the University of Münster. She is currently collaborating on various research projects at the University of Münster, where she is supervising doctoral students. She is also a regular correspondent for scientific and leisure magazines in Germany.

Master in Medicine from the Institute of Abel Salazar Biomedical Sciences.
He completed his medical training in Dermatovenereology at the Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Lisboa Central, and complemented his training in Dermatology with internships in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Centro Hospitalar de Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho and in Cutaneous Oncology at the IPO do Porto.
